2. Services

We provide companionship and social support services including home visits, social outings, care home visits, and family support. Our services are non-medical and do not include personal care, medication administration, or medical assistance.

All services are subject to availability and an initial consultation to ensure we are the right fit for your needs.

3. Bookings & Agreements

All bookings are confirmed in writing (email or message). A service agreement will be provided prior to the commencement of regular visits, outlining the agreed schedule, services, and fees.

There is no minimum contract period. You are free to pause or end services at any time, subject to the cancellation terms below.

4. Fees & Payment

Our fees are agreed in advance and confirmed in writing before services begin. Fees are reviewed periodically and any changes will be communicated with at least four weeks' notice.

Invoices are issued weekly or monthly as agreed. Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date. We accept bank transfer.

5. Cancellations

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a visit. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged at the full session rate.

In the event that we need to cancel a visit, we will give as much notice as possible and no charge will be made for that session.

6. Liability

Lollipop's Companion Care is fully insured for public liability. We take all reasonable care in the provision of our services; however, we cannot accept liability for any loss, injury, or damage that is beyond our reasonable control.

Our services are companionship only. We are not qualified medical professionals and do not provide medical advice or personal care.

7. Confidentiality

All personal information shared with us is treated in strict confidence and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. We will never share your details with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
